How to Check Your Arch Card Balance
1. Toll-Free Phone
Call the automated McDonald's Arch Card support line at 1-877-458-2200. Enter your 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN when prompted.
2. In the Mobile App
Open the official McDonald's App, tap More > Payment Methods > Add Card, and enter your card credentials. Your real-time balance will display instantly.
3. In-Store / Drive-Thru
Ask any counter or drive-thru crew member to perform a "Balance Inquiry" swipe. Your register receipt will print the exact remaining dollar amount.
Do Arch Cards Expire?
No! McDonald's Arch Cards never expire and do not incur inactivity fees or dormancy charges. Your remaining dollar balance remains safe indefinitely.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card was registered online at official McDonald's services with proof of purchase, customer care can cancel the compromised card and issue a replacement with remaining funds.
